Steps to follow
Make an appointment by phone or go to the reception of the town hall of Moëlan sur mer. Note: it takes on average 1 month to obtain an appointment and then 3 to 4 weeks to obtain the document.

Minor person
The presence of the minor, accompanied by his legal representative, is compulsory.
